Fatawa Lajna Al-Ulama -1

The first Fatwa of Lajnat Ulama for Ifta was issued on June 17, 2020. Since then, more than a thousand fatwas have been discussed, out of which five hundred selected fatwas are being presented in this publication. Will be printed. God willing.
All the fatwas are available in their complete form on the Ulama website, but in book form, two things have been done for the sake of brevity and the convenience of the readers:
Only one of the same repeated fatwas has been selected, similarly, repeated information and arguments have been shortened in similar fatwas, similarly the names of Muftis have been limited to mention in the case. Repeated repetitions are avoided below each fatwa to avoid length.
Like any Dar al-Iftaa, Fatwas are issued by the Lajnat Ulama ll-Iftaa according to the needs of the audience instead of topics, but thematic order has been taken care of while compiling them in book form.
Features of Fatwa of Lajnat Ulama Illifta:
The characteristic of Lajnat Ulama for Iftaa is that it tries to explain the Shariah problem to the questioner as well as explain it. If a questioner commits a mistake or is suffering from a sin Precautions are also suggested to avoid this.
In the fatwa, special attention has been paid to the modern problems, especially the problems of Internet and online earning, and in this regard, it has been arranged to explain the legal cases and to open the fort of new cases of fraud.
While compiling the fatwa, brevity and common sense style has been arranged, so that the questioner does not have difficulty in understanding the issue.
